Yes it is hard to read, just scanned written notes, and difficult to read.
But considering that some have gone to the Himalayas in search of The Way, such a minor thing would not deter one with Desire. No, it is not a complete system, just more pieces to the puzzle, pieces available no where else I am aware of. This Caucasian Yoga has ways to stimulate the glands, rejuvenate, and such, but not the Hindu stretching emphasis. You can get it on Scribd, or at least preview it.

The book is of difficult reading. Difficult for his writing and for his subject-matter. I have found some things similar to the practice of MAZDAZNAN. Also investigate on the rods of power; is a book for investigators AND EXPLORERS. It would be necessary to sell with the original sheet and the translation in separated sheets. absolutely.
