Book Description

0471621714 978-0471621713 August 21, 1990 2
This revised and expanded compilation explores the unity of approach to dynamic system modeling using bond-graph methods as well as other more traditional methods. While the first six chapters are basically the same as those found in the earlier edition, with some minor corrections, the majority of the change involves the advanced materials found in chapters 7-13, since more educators, practicing engineers and scientists are now aware of bond graphs than were in the early 1970s. Included in the area of new and advanced topics are: multiport fields and junction structures; transducers, amplifiers, and instruments; magnetic circuits and devices; and nonlinear simulation.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Book. HIGHLY recommended, July 21, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: System Dynamics: A Unified Approach, 2nd Edition (Hardcover)
I have a difficult time keeping this book on the shelf. Most everyone wants to borrow it. I work in an electro-magnetics lab and I have found that knowing bond graphs is extremely useful. This book is highly recommended.

Definitely the best book on Bond Graphs that I have used. Straightforward, not too long, doesnt over-complicate things.
I have read most of it cover to cover.
