So much info so little time...,

I think this book is one of the best to teach you some very simple ways to handle designing a Information System for a small business. I recommend this book to be used in schools.. it has it all. If you think you know it all when it comes to the group dynamic of System Analysis and Design... pick this book up and learn even more.
