Good for non-pro's,

Chapter 1, Chapter 2 and Chapter 5 are at beginner's level. Nothing really interesting and the info you could find in some other places easily.Chapter 4 (about organizational causes and failures ... Mer) is quite good written and there are some useful information in chapter 6, and Chapter 8. On an overall basis, I think the book is good for those who don't directly work with risk/reliability matters.
