I first had a sample of this cream. I loved how soft and silky it made my skin feel I decided to order the product.However,it comes in a pump. After a couple of weeks it has stopped pumping. I contacted the company. They responded to my email right away. They said this was common and told me how to make the pump to start to work again. Their suggestion didn't work.I wrote them back and told them that what they suggested didn't work. I'm hoping to hear from them today. If a solution isn't reached I'm out $54.00.
