I replaced a leaky top of the line Rowenta with this iron. I was skeptical because of the cheap price, but i figured it was worth a try. It has out-performed my Rowenta tenfold! It never leaks, the steam is consistent and the spray feature is always reliable, unlike my Rowenta. It gets superhot and irons very well. I am so pleased with this iron. It was worth every penny and then some.

This is a super iron. I quilt as a hobby and this iron stands up to all the ironing I need to do. It is excellent at getting out the toughest wrinkles.

This iron is good on fabrics that are not synthetic. The thermostat does not seem to regulate the temperature well. I have had problems with it sticking to several types of fabric. I have cleaned the sole plate, but the problem recurs.

I was disappointed because when i received the product a piece was broken. The iron was still usable, but I expected a new product to arrive without defects. The product itself is great. It's heavy duty and works rather quickly. I would suggest it to others.

This iron works well on all the fabric types I have tried: cotton, linen, silk, polyster, and a fine crepe (polyster or acrylic?). The steam and spray functions are very smooth and even. It is easy to fill the pull-out spout on the water chamber with the provided measuring cup, and it does not leak as my previous iron did. No huge spots of water on the fabric from uneven steaming; just a 1cm spot, rarely.

I have only owned this iron since January 2007, but will downgrade the rating if performance degrades.

It's hard to tell what setting this iron is on at any time. The knob turns around, but not sure where the notch is that shows what setting it is on. Sometimes it doesn't seem very not. The cord doesn't wrap around the iron so it's just there spread out on the shelf. I wouldn't buy again.

After recieving this iron, I discovered that it hs no automatic shut off and no tip over shut off. A definate deal breaker. Also, It's not full sized. Gave it away.

it's ok but not that great. it leaks water on clothing and the steam is just ok.
