I love my T-Fal Stir-Fry Pan. I use it to cook everything. I can boil water in it to make pasta or rice. I've used it for homemade refied beans. It is amazingly non stick and is designed for use with METAL utensils! If you want a pan you can use to cook ANYTHING, this is your best buy!

Ideal for stir fry. NON STICK.

i love t-fal and love this stir fry pan. i have also tried calphalon but t-fal never sticks. i had to return my calphalon to the store because it sticks. i just wish that t-fal would offer open stock fry pan/skillets with lids.

I traded in my aluminum and very large wok on this pan and am really glad I did; just wish I'd done it sooner. It's large enough to prepare stir fry for several people and yet small enough to discourage me from cooking twice as much as we need. The red heat thingie on the bottom works well. The pan heats well all over. I don't know if this is due to the new pan, but the times I've used it, I've managed not to overcook the vegetables; plus, it's small enough to get in and out of the cupboard without dinging up the cupboard. Overall, I'm very happy with this pan.

I just got it today and can't wait to cook something in it. It is very good looking, larger than I expected and very deep. I will be cooking everything in it from now on.
