I usually use high quality pots and pans, some of which are very expensive. However, I bought this little guy because there are times that all I need is something this size. I got it mostly for one-egg omelettes but I can also see using it for a quick sauce or to warm up a small side dish.

The quality is about what I expected for the price and as little as I'll probably use it I'm sure that it will last for quite a while. I would rate it 4.5 stars but since we don't have half stars on Amazon I will give it 4. I hope that you enjoy my quick little video.

I like this one egg wonder pan very much. It's easy to clean and perfect for just the one egg. However, be aware that it measures 4/34 inches across the TOP and so the bottom is even smaller. I blieve the ad could have been a little more clearer about whether the measurement was across the top or the bottom, as many pans are measured across the bottom. Therefore, I was slightly disappointed, but just slightly. All in all, I like it.

This was not a need but a want. I am a gadget freak and I also like good quality kitchen appliances.
Works very well...to make MY Egg M?Muffins. I wish it had a lid..but it does not and so I use a small plate to cover.
T-Fal...are you listening....how about a simple cover...with a simple handle... thanks :) This would give it 5 stars.

This pan is great for one egg. I found that if you let the egg cook until the bottom is set, you can easily flip the egg using a fork. I do agree that a little lid would be a great addition to it.

Fantastic item. It makes the perfect over-easy egg. Much better than a grill pan! I purchased the mini-spatula which is a great partner for this pan!

I have been looking for a frying pan that would be just big enough for one egg.
Then I thought about Amazon.com to see if there was one on line. When I saw this
one I ordered it and just love it. It serves my purpose. I loved it so much that I

The convenience this little pan offers me is worth its weight in gold. We can make our own "Egg McMuffins" !! The whole family, including great-grandchildren, fight over who is going to get the first egg from it each morning. I may have to buy some more so that there isn't so much fighting. This little pan is just great!

This little gem is perfect for the one egg you want for a quick sandwich or light breakfast. It heats evenly and quickly, and best if you use a medium-heat setting on your stove. It will clean up faster using only cooking spray instead of butter or oil. Bon Apetit!

If you've had gastric by-pass or lap-band surgery this is perfect size for your needs. Not only good for small omlets, but also a small burger (if you can tolerate meat). I bought one elsewhere but am ordering a second as back-up.
