This is the biggest piece of junk. I had to reload the page to write this review 3 times(at least 2 times to enter it). T-Mobile service has been none existent. We have called 4 times for the same problem. The first 3 times we asked them to start a "trouble ticket", however they listed the calls a tech help. We have very slow service and are continuously disconnected. We have tried this stick on 2 different computers with the same result. We live 1/4 mile from the tower and in a semi-rural area. If I could do it all over again, I would have looked at more reviews of this piece of junk.

Do not buy the Jet Stick. Poor connection speed, poor unreliable connections, and poor customer service and tech. support.

I purchased service and Jet 3G stick with a 2-week Free Trial given by the salesperson and found the connection as fast as the public library T-1 line, especially the first day. Connection slowed a bit and disconnected several times with each use for a week and then returned to its original quicker speed.

The 2-weeks Free Trial was a misnomer, because I was charged for it. Upon contact, the company informed me that they do not have 2-week Free Trials.

For my membership in a discount program, I was to receive Free Activation and a 10% discount on monthly billing. I initialed for these and received neither of them.

I asked for the insurance on the unit via Asurion, a good company in my opinion that I use already. I initialed for it and did not recieve it and now am told I cannot purchase it.

Watch out for TEXT MESSAGES at 20 cents each, received on your Jet 3G stick onscreen. I received 10 from people I do not know during the non-free "Free Trial" and blocked "all messages," allowing me to receive only the free alerts from T-Mobile.

The Jet 3G stick is good, but watch the service offered and anything you sign.

The T-Mobile® Jet 3G Laptop Stick broke after six months of usage. The T-Mobile Representative stated that the bundle that I currently have on my cellphone does not include this Laptop stick and I could purchase another one for $159.00 and he also stated that my current warranty does not include the damage of this stick. BE CAREFUL AND INFORMED BEFORE PURCHASING THIS ITEM.

I have to agree with the other reviews. This product is unrealiable, has to reload pages constantly or just doesn't work at all. I have been using it in Phoenix, Az, but travel so purchased it for the convenience. The salesmen checked the location I am in and it seemed to have good signal.

What is hard to understand is over the 6 months, it has gotten worse and worse. If they are selling the company, they sure have given up on quality before the sale. The call in line for service is a joke. The phone clerks do not understand the equipment and want to go over elementary routines and treat you like a three year old.

T-mobile needs to take responsibility for their lack of proper service, poor equipment or whatever the issue may be, and either correct or give back a refund for the product.

I spent the $200 for the product to avoid a two year contract. One salesmen in the store said to sell it on Craigslist.

If someone has a suggestion of another mobile device and company that works well, I am open.

The Laptop stick works well if you get a signal, but buyers beware. Last April at a T-Mobile store in MD and asked them if they could provide service at two locations in MA. On their computer screen they confirmed that I would receive 3G and possibly 4G at both locations. This was importnant to me as we were going to spent the summer in MA at the two locations. The first location there was no signal. I called T-Mobile and they said they would sent a field engineer out and check the signal. I did not hear anything back. At the second location the signal was so poor that my browser page timed out. I called T-Mobile and they said they would sent a field engineer out to check the signal. Again I did not hear anything back. When I spoke to them they said they could not guarantee service in all locations I told them to cancel the service. They said that I had to cancel within 14 days. They ate up the 14 days by saying a field engineer would help solve the problem. Nice game! Also the Stick was free with a rebate-one catch you have to join Easy Pay if you want the rebate. Since I didn't receive service I didn't pay-we are now in a big dispute and they have turned the account over to a collection agency. Buyers beware of T-Mobile. Better off with Verizon if you want coverage.
