She saw it in salon and wanted to buy there but it was very expensive. I found it on Amazon twice as cheap. We received it very fast and it works great. Great price. Great service.

If i could give negative stars,, i would,, honeslty, this is a piece of junk,, it dries you hair out,, not even close to the price you pay for it,, plus you CANNOT return it,, so before you go and purchase it,, please make sure u find out if u can return it or you will be stuck with it..
I bought this thinking it was more expensive and would dry my hair soft and smooth,, but that is exactly what it DOESNT doo.. It dries you hair crazy frizzy that even after putting in tons of smootihng lotion,, it stays the same frizzy.. I would never recomend this to any one,,, I rather go to target and but Conair or some other cheaper hair dryer,, and i bet they would be better.

I discovered this hairdryer when I used my daughter's and realized how quickly my hair dried and how good the results were. Thus my ordering one for me... I found one glaring defect - not fatal, and that is the way the part on the end (I don't know what to call it) fits on, the part to narrow the airflow. When it came off, I had a lot of trouble getting it back on, and now that it's on, I'm afraid to remove it and use the dryer without it, for fear I'll have trouble getting it back on or the plastic might break.
Other than that, I still find it does a good job.
