Bought this product and it burned up. Exchanged it four subsequent times and each of the replacements burned up or quit working. One actually caught fire. Too bad, an amazing blow dryer if it would stay working. The full size version is excellent.

I have the fullsize T3 dryer, which I really like.
I got the overnight one as a present. It lasted about 6 months and burned up.
It has a 4 year warranty, but only if you have the sales receipt and the warranty.
I asked my friend for the receipt, but she couldn't find it and I couldn't find the warranty card.
Without the receipt, it is $55 for repair if you have the warranty card. So much for the 4 year warranty.

I had T3 that I purchased about 3 years ago and it was wonderful. I went to buy this one so that I also had a travel dryer and it was terrible. It just did not have the T3 quality that I grew to love with my first purchase. I had it for about 3 weeks before the fan broke off. I bought it through discount jungle. It was a big problem to get it fixed. My lesson here it to only buy from an authorized dealer.

I live in downtown Chicago in an old building without air conditioning. In the summer it gets SO hot that I couldn't even stand to blowdry my hair with my old dryer because it just took SO long and I thought I might die of heat exhaustion.

I bought this dryer hoping that it would drastically cut the the drying time and sure enough it has! My long, thick hair is completely dry within a few minutes time and I am absolutely amazed. It's very compact and has a dual-voltage switch so it is very easy to travel with. I love this dryer, I will never use another one again!
