The past few months I have been debating on whether or not to purchase a T3 Hairdryer. The cost was a little much for me since I had always spent 20 dollars on my wonderful ConAir Dryers! I'd been waffling back and forth and then yesterday, when I was in TJ Maxx, I found this exact one for 49.99! I scooped it up faster than a fat kid running for ice cream! This morning I began to wonder if I should return it or not - I mean my ConAir works fine! I started looking up reviews online and it brought me to this site. I was flabbergasted at the negative reviews this dryer had received! I started searching for the receipt so I could return the product.... then I realized, I threw it in the trash yesterday and had already asked my boyfriend take the trash to the dumpster - which he did! So here I am thinking I'm out 49.99 + tax and I decide, "Hey, what's the harm in at least trying this?" That was 20 minutes ago! At this point all I can say is WOW! My hair, which is WAY too long and damaged at this point due to time spent shopping and not getting a hair cut, looks incredible! Wait, let me back up... it not only looks incredible but it feels AMAZING! I really can't remember the last time I decided to wear my hair down instead of just throwing it up in a clip! And the best part about it... it took me such a short time to dry my hair??? I seriously had to postpone lunch with friends due to the time it usually takes to blow dry my hair. And now, I actually have time to post this review!!! Take some advice from me... don't listen to these other reviews, this hair dryer is amazing!

I received my T3 as a gift in 2009. Most of my hair dryers have been by Conair and cost around $25, so I was flabbergasted when I saw this one at a store for $125! When I first received it, I didn't like it because it doesn't dry as quickly as my Conair, and yes, the concentrator keeps falling off. I didn't return it because my friend didn't keep the receipt and I had thrown away the box, though I wish I had tried. A few months ago I was using it and suddenly I heard a loud noise, it started shaking and I smelled smoke, then it exploded. It scared me to death and I unplugged it right away. I wish I had tried to take it back then, but I didn't think I'd be able to return it. Basically it lasted less than a year, and my old Conair that I bought for $19.99 is still plugging away after 7 years. Don't buy this dryer!

I wonder if anyone has been seriously injured by one of these little pink demons. My wife bought one this model a few years ago on a trip to New York so she could dry her hair in the hotel. This morning I was listening to music and over that I heard her scream and an angry buzzing sound, followed by a loud grinding sound. She called for me to come into the bathroom as she couldn't turn it off and had to hold the little monster with both hands, as it was vibrating violently. I pulled the plug, but am sure that if it had been on for any longer it would have exploded as some others have. If we could give it a negative 10 stars we would. BEWARE! BEWARE!

I bought this dryer for my sister in law for christmas and now im thinking to get one for my self !!!
The dryer is very light it heats up fast, beautiful design it works great, I just don't understand why it has so low review.

I bought this dryer and it broke in less than 6 months. I didn't even use it every day. I think I only used it once or twice a week, although I did use it on my cat once (and cats take forever to blow dry). I'm so sad that it broke because while this product worked, it worked beautifully. I've since purchased an Elchim dryer, but it doesn't make my hair as soft and shiny as the T3 did. I'm hoping the Elchim will last a few years though. Although this hair dryer was wonderful when it works, it breaks in about 6 months. This happens to everyone. Read the reviews on sephora if you don't believe me.

I have had two of these dryer, only because I took the first one back and they gave me a new one to replace it. Both dryers broke within months. The temperature control went out on both within a month or two, the high/low speed control then followed righ away. The concentrator nozzle constantly falls off to the point of getting so mad I tossed it in the trash on the second dryer. I now have to use it on the low speed with the high temperature. I wont bother taking it back for a third, a waste of my time and gas. I am now shopping around for a new dryer. This one should be pulled off the market and everyone's money should be refunded.
OMG! I was stupidly still using this dryer (thought why not until it quits all together), BIG MISTAKE! This morning it made a new noise and started smoking and burned about a 2-inch diameter spot on the top front of my hair and my hair fell out. It all happened so fast, I am lucky my hair did not catch on fire. I can not believe it, I want to sue someone. Please DO NOT buy this hair dryer. I can not say it enough. If I could give it negative stars I would.

My Wife has this dryer for a couple of years now, and loves it. It really does dry hair twice as fast, She has long hair and can dry it during commercial breaks, under 5 minutes. 1800 watt, weighs 17 oz, 2 speed settings, 3 heat settings plus cool shot, The only dryer with a Tourmaline ceramic heater, tha delivers a superior drying and styling experience

I received this dryer as a gift. Within 6 months, the HIGH speed stopped working. I have long hair so I can't stand having to use this dryer on LOW speed. It takes too long to dry. The store wouldn't take it back. Now I have to send the dryer and all this paperwork plus $14.95 plus pay for the shipping fee to send it to the manufacture and HOPE they will send a replacement. This is a real pain in the rear. The replacement can take up to 3 weeks and now I will have to purchase another dryer while I wait for a replacement. Based on the other reviews, I'm not hopeful this second one will last very long.
