I haven't quite figured out how to use this product. Didn't really have specific instructions. If I have to use the dryer along with it doesn't it defeat the purpose of not having to wash your hair?

I think this is great to create that "dry texture volume". But I thought this was disappointing as a dry shampoo. In 2nd day hair it absorbed the oil at my roots, but created this thick kind of stiff and heavy feeling. Kind of like after a day at the beach with all the sea salt in your hair. Also, I when I did wash my hair the next day I had to shampoo a couple of times to get all the product out of my hair. I tried another dry shampoo Oscar BlandiOscar Blandi Pronto Dry ShampooTo Go and I was amazed at the difference. That one absorbed the oil but left my hair light and refreshed. But it does have a very strong lemon smell. So I'm going to keep trying more dry shampoos. I wouldn't recommend this one unless you are looking for a styler.

My last note is that I have very dark black hair (asian hair) that is very thick and coarse. I tried this product first because I thought the dark tone would be easier to use then the white powders all the others seem to be. The dark tone comes out a deep brown - lighter than my hair but blended easily enough. But the white powder of the oscar blandi also blended pretty easily and I didn't have a problem with it showing. The other thought is those with fine or thin hair may have a totally different experience and this volumizing effect might work better for you.

This dry shampoo is excellent. I have very dark hair and regular dry shampoo always appears white on my hair. When I use this, you can't tell. The other reviewer mentioned not knowing how to use it. I lift up sections of my hair and use the spray at the roots, but not directly on my scalp since it is tinted.

I highly recommend this product!!
