this was the first high end hair dryer i ever bought. i love this dryer...so lightweight and it drys
my hair twice as fast as my last dryer. my hair is soft and shines with minimal frizz. splurge
and spend...you won"t be sorry.

Last In June 2009, I purchased this hairdryer. Today (9 months later) while drying my hair, sparks shot out of the dryer and there was fire. I threw the unit to the ground as I switched it off. This is not an electrical issue. I have a ground fault protection outlet sysetm in place. This is clearly a defective hairdryer. My 5 year old daughter was right there when this incident took place. I am so lucky that a fire did not start in my bathroom and especially grateful that my child was not harmed in any way. I am searching if there is a recall on this item and I am am contacting the company. This is obviously a defective item that has no business being in my home. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS MODEL!

Nothing special. Took just as long to dry my hair as my 10 year old $30 hairdryer. Questioned whether this was a knock-off.
