This watch is amazing to say the least. What an incredible price amazon offers. I got this watch for my husband for our 10th anni and he loves it! Even the packaging on the watch is amazing. Great deal, beautiful watch, if you are in the market for a TAG you will be pleased with this watch.

I have several TAG's and this one is actually my second Aquaracer model. What really impressed me, was the partial stainless steel finish from inside out, crown to middle bracelet section, and easy readiness compared to newer F1's models.

It might look Sporty, but as you dress up from Casual to suit up, it goes along perfectly, very few watches has this versatility, which makes it quite attractive to wear it at all times. I personally was looking for an intermediate model that provides me this adaptability, and I'm very happy I found it.

Very affordable, nice piece of work, looks solid, even bracelet is sturdier than most TAG's. It arrived as promised and with original package and and proper protection (all 100% impeccable).

I bought this watch for my husband for his birthday. He has had a Tag before and he likes the chunkier heavy watches. He loved this watch. As with all Tag products, the craftsmanship is excellent, it looks super classy and will last a lifetime - at least I hope it does. If you want to splash out on a watch with a budget on or around $1000, this is an excellent buy.

After thinking about buying a TAG for almost a year, I decided to buy this particular one. This watch is great and is really worth the price. Once it arrived, I went to a local authorized dealer and confirmed its legitimacy (a great feeling since I had saved up more than $800 dollars). The only problem I had that the battery was not operational and the jewelry store replaced it. I contacted Amazon and they reimbursed me for what I had paid for the battery while making sure that I was 100% satisfied. Again, like many other times, it was a great experience making business with Amazon.

This is the second watch that I buy from Amazon in six months. I bought an Omega Speedmaster in December, so I did not have any doubt about the authenticity of the watch. I totally trust Amazon. Like the Omega, this watch came in impeccable presentation with the serial numbers, warranty card, and manuals. The picture does not show really how beautiful this watch is. It looks better than the black and blue versions (That is very subjective of course). I was not in the market for another watch, but a TAG Heuer with chronograph for less than $1000 was too tempting. This is a watch that you can wear on any occasion. Another thing that I love is the fact that it uses a Quartz battery, so I don't have to adjust the time on a regular basis like the Omega. I took the watch to a very fancy store to get the bracelet adjusted. They had the same watch for sale for $800 more. I have had the watch only for a couple of weeks, so maybe is too soon to provide a review. However, I am so happy with it that I just could not resist it.

I know the rage is for automatics and yes I have many including the aquaracer with the 7750 valjoux movement in black. But sometimes I simply don't want 19th century technology. I don't want to have to wind my watch every day or plug in the watch winder. Sometimes I want the simple pleasure of a beautiful no hassel quartz. And this one is a beauty. The silver-blue dial makes it versatile. Sporty with jeans and a tee shirt, dressed up with a jacket and tie and elegant with a suit. Amazon had the best price on it and I was happy to add this Tag to my collection. Note 1: it seems I have the 43 millimeter model which has more presence on the wrist. Note2, it can sometimes be difficult to see the hands -- not enough contrast with the silver dial. This is particularly the case with the chronographs in the aquaracer series--the hands can get lost in subdials and/ or the lack of contrast in lower light.

This watch looks phenomenal in person. The quality is impeccable and it gets many compliments.

This watch is beautiful and I disagree with the comment that it is too heavy. If you are used to wearing a watch with a metal band that isn't titanium, you should have no problem adjusting to this watch. Additionally, if you take it to a Tag Heuer certified jeweler, he/she can size it perfectly for you. Since you saved heaps on the ticket price, do yourself a favor and get it sized and serviced correctly.

The watch sits perfectly on the wrist once sized and people DO notice it! I've received multiple compliments on how beautiful it is... Now that I have owned a Tag, I'll never go back to an Omega as this watch maintains time better than my Seamaster (which I paid almost twice as much for...) and turns more heads!

Update: 12-15-09 -- I've had the watch for nearly a full year and I do have some tips.

1. Don't wear it as your daily watch if you're afraid of scratching the band. It is a polished band and it DOES show wear. I'm unafraid of this and wear it daily. The bezel is VERY scratch resistant. I've yet to see a scratch there.

2. Be sure to clean it or have it cleaned regularly! You'd be amazed at the amount of dirt that can get trapped between the links.

3. BIG NOTE! -- the chronograph hands sit right on the 12 and obstruct the number. definitely not one of my favorite features of the watch.

Overall, I still give the watch a five star rating and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice dress/casual watch.

The watch arrived promptly with all of the proper documentation, packaging from TAG, etc. Wonderful watch, couldn't be happier with the purchase.

By far the best timepiece I have ever owned. The watch is beautiful and functional. I have received many compliments on it, including from the jeweler who sized it for me.
