This was the best Father's Day gift! The watch was wrapped nice and delivered promptly.

overall, a great watch. the weight might need a little getting used to, but once that happens you can't be without it. i [over]paid $2400 at a local retailer about 6 months ago (10/07) but very happy nonetheless. easy to read, automatic winding lasts for about a day and a half (on the shelf).

Nice looking watch but I had to return it due to the description of the dial being white but it turns out to be silverish or off-white metalic color. Plus, it was too heavy for my wrist. Though, I'm very glad about Amazon's return policy. I got a full refund, including the overnight shipping I paid for. This is why I am not afraid to shop on Amazon cause not only they sell authentic high end items for very low prices but the customer service tops it all! Definitely, I'll still be looking around for that watch with the white dial here but first, I'll do my due diligence to check it out at a local retail store and see if that particular watch I see here is really sold with a white dial.

Great watch. But no one is doing you a favor in selling new one for more than $2,100 (not including tax). Fine retailers sell the watch for $2,500 and on nearly all occassions can provide 15 percent off. If it is priced more than $2,100 retailer's price is not aggressive enough, particulalry on the internet. c-mon.

I bought this TAG for around $1600, this price is not found anywhere and the watch works like a gem.. Thanks Amazon..

I bought my first TAG automatic watch after having a quartz for so many years. I love TAGs and i think this is a beautiful watch, a little heavy but it is a man's watch. My problem is that in a month, it runs about 12 minutes late. I am very disappointed in the accuracy. I bought my watch from a TAG outlet and I recently took it to have it looked at since i have only had it since the beginning of the year. Since i was not going to have my watch for a while, i bought a Calibre S perpetual calendar quartz watch in the meantime. I regret not spending a little more for the Grand Carrera that was certified. Now I know that TAGs can vary from about -20 sec to +30 sec a day. The guy at the TAG store told me his runs 10 min slow a month as well. Keep this in mind with the automatics. If i would have known, i would have upgraded to a certified watch. I still love the watch, but having to adjust every month and being atleast 5 min off at mid month is not what i paid top dollars for.
