My Watch does not work, and I did not receive my International Warranty,

I bought the Tag Heuer watch, and it is not possible to adjust the time and other important fault is that I did not receive my international warranty.
Now I will pay a big amount money and I have a watch that does not work. It was my first experience with Amazon.com. I've been trying to contact the Amazon, but there is no way in this site. If you are thinking about to buy here, be careful.

Jomashop didn't send me the Internacional Guarantee Card.
I got in contact with Jomashop asking about the Internacional Guarantee Card and they said me that couldn't provide me the International Guarantee Card. The International Guarantee Card is a my right. I don't appreciate that! |
