Dynamic, sporty styling and reliable precision make the Aquaracer WAF1424.BA0814 the perfect watch for all of your water sport adventures. This two-tone watch features an elegant white mother-of-pearl dial with gold-tone hands and hour markers, a tonal TAG Heuer logo, and an automatic date calendar at the three o'clock position. The highly polished hands and hour markers are coated with a luminescent material for optimal radiance and readability. Framing the dial is a gold-plated unidirectional rotating bezel with engraved dive time markers, for safe timing of dives and other limited events. The watch is set in a 29-mm brushed steel case and presents on a beautiful brushed steel link bracelet with gold-plated center links. The bracelet fastens with a double safety clasp and features an extension system that allows it to be worn over a diving suit. Other notable features of this watch include a highly scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and a screw-down crown and caseback for water resistance to 300 meters.

I decided to ask my husband for a Tag Hauer watch for my birthday as both my daughter and son-in-law have worn Tags for over 5 years and are still very pleased with their watches. I liked the looks of the Aquaracer and Amazon had the best buy for the Aquaracer that I wanted. It turned out to be an absolutely beautiful watch and I can hardly wait for my birthday in a couple of weeks to wear it! Thank you, Amazon. I plan to continue to compare prices with Amazon for items I want in the future.

I bought this watch as a gift for my fiancee. She absolutely LOVES it. The brushed steel and solid gold band is very striking and beautiful. The mother of pearl watch face really picks up the light. The watch keeps better time than my Rolex Submariner.

The only minor nit is that it's takes super-human eyesight to see the date. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend this watch for that special someone.

The Tag Heuer aquaracer automatic, is a fine introduction to the mid luxury brand that is Tag Heuer. A solid piece of jewelry, this watch is an attractive addition to any man's wardrobe. Purchased mine recently and I really feel I got what I paid for, a solid, dependable wristwtch that is classy and smart.
