I purchased this watch for my wife about 14 months ago. At first, the watch was as great as a Tag should be. After about 4 months of ownership the watch started to run slowly (as much as 10 minutes late in one day). After about 1 month of poor timekeeping, we called customer service and sent our watch to the watch shop Amazon contracts with under their warranty service. I asked the Amazon representative what would happen if the problem continued. She said that the watch would most likely be replaced if it was not fixed by their repair shop.

After 6 weeks of repair, the watch was sent back to us and worked well for about 6 weeks, then started to run slowly again. I called Amazon and they now told me they can not replace the watch because they don't have a "lemon policy". I asked her what would happen if the watch went back and forth to the repair shop several more times and the Amazon representative did not have an answer. Unacceptable! She told me that I would have to pay to resend it to the repair shop and insure it. I then contacted the shop personally and they were extremely helpful and sent us a packing label at their expense. We will send it to them again to see if the problem can be fixed.

I have owned a Tag Heuer for 13 years and it has NEVER missed a second. What is the point of purchasing an expensive watch if it won't keep the time? I hope that Amazon will replace the watch if it is not fixed by the repair shop this time around. I guess next time I will make a purchase from an authorized dealer so I know I will get a good watch with a good warranty.

I received this for our 5 year anniversary gift, and I LOVE it. I just love it. And I'm very happy I didn't select the blue face over this one... it is perfect!!

I bought this watch for my wife recently. She likes it so much that she hasn't been taking it off at night. This Aquaracer is solidly constructed with a robust bracelet and has what might be considered a mid-size case (32mm) for women. My wife is 5'10" and we found that smaller watches lacked wrist presence. The mother of pearl face and the diamond hour markers add flair without being outré. The stainless steel case has a high polish finish and the crown is a screw down type. The water resistance rating is a very substantial 300m so no worries about a dip in the pool or the sea. Accuracy is beyond reproach with a few seconds lost in a couple of weeks. Heartily recommended for ladies looking to mark a personal triumph or perhaps anniversary gift shoppers.

This watch is beautiful and I get compliments on it every day. It looks great for both work and play. It is comfortable to wear and I love it!

I was skeptical of buying such a nice piece of jewelry from any website, even one with such a great reputation. I read through the warranty and plenty of other reviews. They both put some of my concerns to rest and we ordered. We had the watch the next day and I love my Tag Grand Carrera. I'm wondering why people forego such a great deal here at amazon.com and pay the overy hyped retail prices!

I got this for my wife for our 2nd anniversary. I checked it out in the store. I think it was retailing for over $2000. It's a nice size. She's really happy with it, and I am too.

My wife was really excited when we received this watch. Great product, fast shipping, although, I had to go pick up the item at UPS. They delivered twice when no one was home. Besides that everything is OK.

Seller has sent me a wrong model of the watch for the first delivery. He informed that it was an honest mistake which I accepted. I have to go through the hassle of returning the watch to him via UPS and insuring as instructed by the seller but further delays was caused when UPS Singapore did not provide a customs form for the returns. The seller insisted that it was my mistake and not UPS which caused the delay.

I have to call the seller to get him to look for the correct watch model with the correct serial number to be send back to me for the 2nd delivery and had to send him a link from the Tag Heuer website on the watch which was ordered through amazon.com. Seller just passed the following disappointing comments via my email to him. He could not even identify the first mistake when the wrong model of the watch was sent.

It has a different style number, but TAG does that every now and again where they change the style number. This watch looks exactly like the one you purchased. What was the problem?

I really can't believe this!"

USPS did not provide the tracking information on their website when the 2nd delivery was made and I had contacted the seller on it. Seller returned a nasty email.

Honestly, I don't know how to make you happy! I sent you the wrong watch, an honest mistake.

You didn't fill out a customs form when returning the wrong item. THIS IS THE REASON FOR THE DELAY! In other words, your mistake caused the delay.

The day I receive the watch back I sent out the correct piece and refunded you nearly $80 to cover your return shipping expense.

I lost over $150 and probably 10 hours dealing with your purchase.

USPS is notorious for not scanning packages. It will show up in a day or two and you will have wasted a lot more of everyones time. I will be submitting all my paperwork to Amazon and I am sure they will side with me.

I am disappointed with this lousy service attitude from the seller although the correct watch was finally sent to me.
