My mom loved this! The color was beautiful and it had the cord included needed to upload pictures. The gift box made it really nice for gift-giving. It was packaged so I could put photos on the keychain for her prior to giving it to her. Software was easy to use. Works best with closeup pictures.

The item holds 100 pictures. This is enough for the grandchildren's pictures. People who see it ask where they can get one. It works and looks well. We are glad that we got it.

The item is as described, the instructions had a couple of typos, but no misinformation, it was easy to connect the the computer and transfer the pictures. It connects using a usb cable, the same one used to connect a motorola rarz.

Most of my review is found in the title. It doesn't work on vista or windows 7. I've even jumped through a few hoops and tried some tricks and nothing works. I refuse to spend any more time on this. My advice, pass on buying this. The software is clumsy and you cannot manually add files. This device simulates a CD drive so that a person has to use the crap software that came with the keychain instead of opening it up and putting the pictures in a folder. Again, a waste of time and money.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for one of my good friends. I wanted to add pictures before I gave it to her to personalize it. I connected it to my computer via the usb cord as instructed in the manual, and nothing happened. I did everything that it said to do in the manual and my computer would not recognize it. I tried it on my boyfriend's computer and the same thing. This was a waste of money and a waste of time. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

The software didn't load easily and the screen is okay resolution. Like I said, it's an okay product - fine if you need an add-on gift for someone or someone who won't have high tech expectations.

I purchased the digital key chains for my parents. They each hold about 100 pictures, which were easily loaded to the keychain using a computer.

The picture was not very clear and are cropped to fit the screen. Manual cropping can be done to select which portion of the photo will be shown on the screen.This is a little time consuming. Another negative - the key chain must be charged up through a USB charger. A power cord can be purchased for an extra charge.

I bought this digital key chain for my husband to replace one he had for several years. I gave it to him on March 24th and by May 1st it had died..... I tried to recharge the battery, but it was just dead....dead as a doornail. I am not happy with this product at all.

I am not happy with the quality of the pictures at all. It broke after 2 weeks, it is not very durable.

Since I ordered three of this item (separate orders), have only received two and neither had an invoice, I am unable to give anyone a rating. I am still looking for the third item I ordered which should have been here over a week ago. Does anyone read these comments? This is the second time I have commented on this problem.
