Product Description

The Tascam CC222SL combines high quality cd and cassette recorders in one convenient rack-mountable unit. The CC222SL now supports a more robust slot loading CD transport and comes equipped with selectable independent outputs for CD and Cassette. The CC222SL includes a RIAA phono input which allows direct recording from a turntable; a feature which sets the CC222SL above all the rest. Further solidifying this source-device's reputation for flexibility is its ability to be operated as two individual recorders; or, record one source to both recorders consecutively. Digital I/O (coaxial and optical), RCA (unbalanced) analog I/O, Auto Track Increment, MP3 playback, Power on Play, Fade In and Out, Manual Track Increment, and a variety of playback modes are just a few of the features included on the CC222SL that you've come to expect from Tascam.

I bought this for use in my church. Don't regret it one bit. Easy to use. Controls are well positioned and soft to touch. Menu is self explanatory. Use CD or Cassette tape and record to both, or from one to the other. Accepts a wide range of CD media/formats. Variety of connection options to whatever type of equipment you have in church.

This recorder works great. Using it at a church to record sermons. It is great because we record both CD's and Cassettes at the same time so no making a duplicate in the two formats.

I'm a DJ and I use this to archive my shows to a CD or tape, plus if there's a birthday party or wedding reception, the guest can have a recording of their announcements or whatever.
