This item looks sturdy. It looks like it should be a match to anything at Harbor Freight. However, this item was incredibly flemsy and could not even support its own weight on the casters!

The hinges that hold the casters are so fragile, they bend under the weight of the toolbox EMPTY. So I had to remove the casters.

The drawers are difficult to open and close. You have to really push and jiggle to close them.

The top toolbox "sits" on the lower toolbox. There is no "mount" of any kind to mount the top box securely to the lower box. I had to drill holes in both boxes and lock them together with nut and bolts, so the top box would not slide around (then off) of the lower box.

I bought this item because it was cheap. I expected it to be less than high quality, but this toolbox is utterly worthless.

I am a dog groomer and purchased this cabinet to keep all of my tools at hand. It is very cheap and thin sided. Feels pretty flimsy. I don't have any heavy things, just clippers, shears, blades, brushes etc., so it serves it's purpose just fine. I would not recommend this tool cabinet for any heavy tools or equiptment. But for me it works.

I purchased this for my father for Christmas and I am very happy that I did. He has been needing a tool chest for quite some time, the only tool chest he has is from the previous owner of the house (we moved in 16 years ago). Needless to say the tool chest is very ratty and rusted. I searched for quite some time and found a very nice excel roller chest. I knew he would love it! I received my package very quickly, and it was a bit nerve wracking because I didn't want to open it and take everything out because I was just going to wrap it in the box and give it to my father. I never even got to check on the product to make sure it wasn't damaged, but Christmas morning it was in perfect condition. The packaging kept it from banging around; they had Styrofoam on the top and bottom to keep the tool chest securely in place, and a metal bar that was placed vertically in front of the drawers to keep them from opening. My father LOVED it and the only assembly was putting the wheels on which was fast and easy (I did it for him!). The only thing I did differently was put the wheel locks in front instead of on one side (like the instructions said) in order to make them readily available in the garage where it will be located. Overall you cannot beat the price for such a nice product, plus it's twice the size of anything you can find in stores for this price and it has wheels!
