It is amazing how our mind and body can experience so much destruction and then have the ability to heal. This book in it's unedited form truly does help to reveal the progress of the mind and body. The only thing I would have added was a brief note stating this book was not edited which would give all readers an even greater appreciation. -The humor was great and definitely and added treat. Much love and best of luck!
