Cheap product, cheap material. The clips will crack from heat before the light is burned out. Would be a whole lot better if the clips were metal, but unfortunately they are not available in metal.

The title of this item is misleading - Light Fixture Clips Caps. The word "Clips" (plural) would lead one to believe that this item might be a "set" of clips needed to go along with the ballst unit. Amazon puts the bulb, ballast, and "clips" as items ordered together. However, the item consists of only ONE clip as I sadly discovered upon arrival after waiting several days in darkenss for the arrival of the "clips". And why does the shipping on this flimsy item cost more than the item? And why, if you order the two missing ones (and wait in darkness for another long perios), does it cost twice the shipping for such a lightweight item? Be wary of buying a fixture that needs these clips, ballast, and bulbs. The ordered ones were to replace a set that appears to have overheated. Perhaps by design, you can't find these bulbs, ballast, or clips in a "normal" store, even the big box store that sold the fixture in the first place.

As stated by other reviewers the use of the word clips is incorrectly applied for this product. You will pay $2.00 PER clip and only (1) clip is included per purchase otherwise. So you will have to pay $6 for clips $4 dollars for shipping to hold a TCP light that will burn out by year's end.

Exactly what I ordered and it arrived sooner than predicted! I would use this seller for all my lighting parts.
