This was my least favorite, although I've only put together A, E, and F. The pictures for the 2 puzzles were colorful and different, which made distinguishing them a bit easier, but not too easy. The crime scene was the hardest of the 2 puzzles. The mystery that went with them was very funny, with lots of coffee based puns. It was not a hard case to solve with a few key bits of puzzle info to help.It only took me about 7 hours to put both puzzles together and then solve the mystery.

I gave this puzzle to my twenty year old puzzle fanatic daughter and she loved it! She has always wanted one of these "puzzles within a puzzle" and this one did not disappoint. In fact, I think it was more challenging than she expected! I'd purchase another one in the series for her birthday.

I love jigsaw puzzles - and this series is great. With no picture, it makes it challenging, even though each puzzle has only 500 pieces. And it's fun to try to figure out "who dun it"!

I am an older person who is trying to find challenging puzzles, etc. to keep my mind active and sharp. I found this puzzle to be much too easy - was done with it in no time. There were too many obvious clues, "evidence" notes and color distinctions to make this puzzle a challenge. If I want an easy puzzle to do, I'll just go to Wal-Mart and pick up one that's meant for children and not for someone who wants to have to think. The cost will also be much less.At the time I ordered "E...." I also ordered "I is for Internet". I haven't started it yet, but certainly hope it is much more challenging than "E" was. In the meantime, I'm planning on staying away from the alphabet series... If "I...." is harder, I might reconsider since the others I've bought in this series were more to my liking.

Bought this to help pass the time becasue we were hotel bound for 6weeks while house hunting in a foreign city. I bought it with my two dauhters (9 & 13) in mind but my husband & I enjoyed it as well. I wanted a puzzle because we had limited space and I used a mat to roll it up and put it away when we weren't working on it. This particular puzzle added so much more fun, kept them interested and yet didn't take a really long time to complete. I would recommend puzzles in this series for vacations, grandparent's houses, or portable easy entertainment for military families while waiting for your household goods to arrive! Very fun and unique idea!
