Riaz Esmailzadeh He received his M.S. in electrical engineering from Sydney University, Australia and his Ph.D. in code division multiple access technology from Keio University, Yokohama, Japan.

Masao Nakagawa is a professor in the department of electrical engineering at Keio University, where he earned his M.S. and Ph.D in this area. He is a senior member of the IEEE and a fellow of the IEICE.
