I've purchased these cassettes 1.5 years ago and now I am contemplating to purchase either between 10 or 20 more. I love their soft plastic boxes (shells) that don't crack if it is accidentally dropped.

The quality of the tape looks good. I worked with TDK cassettes in the past and trust their magnetic media.

UPDATE (December 31, 2011). Purchased another 10 from J&R Music. I've been buying these cassettes from J&R Music for years and was always receiving the same product, so went with them despite their price that was double of another vendor. However, J&R let me down and has sent a model with breakable (jewel) boxes/shells. I needed them for an event, so was forced to open and start using, otherwise would send back. Called J&R and they apologized and returned S&H charges. However, since they have not updated this listing on Amazon.com, I feel that it's important to add a fresh photo, especially when J&R claimed that they don't carry the previous version (in soft shells) anymore.

Love these tapes. MiniDV is the best picture quality and TDK tapes have always worked for me. I am on my 48th tape of home movies.

I've just used one tape, and it seems to work fine. For my purposes, buying them in bulk is best.

He usado varias marcas de cintas miniDV y estas son las que mejor resultado me han dado. Son muy estables aun en condiciones de mucha vibracion en la camara. Y las puedo usar uno y otra ves son que sufra daños o deterioro.
