This GHD has been a fantastic addition to our home gym. Very strudy and will hardly budge when used. We've put this bench through the wringer over the past year and the only thing that has happened is the stitching on the pads has busted loose. Nothing that a little duct tape could not fix but given that we have used it consistently in our CF workouts I have to say we have more than gotten our money out of the device. Very rugged construction and the frame is all steel ( about 150lbs weight). If you're looking for a rugged GHD that won't break the bank this is the device to purchase. If you're concerned about height/weight ratio on the bench I'm of an athletic build 6'1 230lbs my other workout partners are 5'8 190 and 5'10 220. None of us have ever had any problem using the bench or feeling as if it couldn't support us in any of the exercises we've done on the GHD.

I bought this over a year ago and it is still in good shape after much use.Hypers,Roman chair situps,Glute ham lifts,preacher curls,back stretches and more.The pad could be a bit wider for more hip involvement.Overall a good investment.
