Finally a hand grip exerciser that uses weights and the handles are just the right size and distance apart. Weights present a way of measuring forearm strength as well as equal resistance through the full range of motion. Can be used with two hands or, one handed to really concentrate on blasting one forearm at a time. Another good TDS machine.

5.0 out of 5 stars great hand pump, March 12, 2011

it's weird getting a muscle pump in your hands since i'd never experienced that before. since using this ive noticed that my hands no longer fatigue when doing certain exercises like rowing movements for the back. easier to grip the dumbells and toss them around too. it's strange when you use it cuz your hands get all pumped up and i swear my hands looked twice the size that they normally do. kinda cool!

also noticed that during jiu-jitsu training i had a grip on my partner's collar. he tried to pull off twice and to get a better position and thought he'd be able to break my grip. probably would've in the past. it was funny cuz i just held on without a problem and then just pulled him right back down. like i said, cool! comes in handy!
