Bought 2 of these pinball machines. Both arrived promptly from vendor w/in a few days (I live in Hawaii!) & in perfect working order. Cute toy, easy to put money in. Overall very satisfied w/service & happy w/quality & enjoyment of toy. Only wish they would rate the difficulty of these toys. I was looking for something to really stump the boys, ages 9 & 13. The 9 year old needed a little help w/the directions, but figured it out in about 10-15 minutes. He was thrilled, especially since I put more than a single bill in.. much more exciting than money in a card.

Save your time and money. This is a piece of junk that is not worth the time it takes to take it out of the box. I ordered 4 for our grandchildren. When they arrived one did not work at all and the others were so poorly made it was virtually impossible to get the balls into the proper hole using the flippers. It was easy, however, to simply tilt the device to get the balls to roll anywhere.

Disappointing,

I bought two of these to give my nieces their birthday money. One came broken (the knob to shoot the balls into the game was sheared off) and the other one broke after playing it twice. You don't need to even use the flippers to get it in the right spot, you can just tilt the game until it goes in the right hole. Also, once the balls were in the right place, you had to almost pound on the plastic to get the drawer to pop open. I would definitely not recommend this puzzle box. The regular Bilz box - money puzzle is much more challenging, doesn't allow cheating and is much more durable.

The money holders were not well received because no one wanted to take time to read instructions. The flippers were not used at all--just tilted the box to get the balls in the correct space. I would not buy them again.

This was a great way to give my sister a gift certificate from amazon.com - I covered the numbers and slid the card in. It isn't too difficult but it is fun. Only problem - I set it down on my cherry coffee table to test it out (well, play with it really) and it scratched it up pretty bad. Make sure your flat surface is protected or scratch resistent.

I thought this would be a cool way to give money for Christmas and it was, but it just wasn't worth the cost. Next time, I will just give them more money.

Ordered 2 of these to use to hold gift cards for niece & nephew. One arrived smashed an unusable. The usable one is definitely cheesy - brittle plastic that wont hold together very long. Hope it lasted long enough to challenge my nephew for his gift card. Great idea, poor quality.

If you think of this as a cute, gimmicky packaging device for giving a "real" gift, i.e. money or a gift card, rather than a stand-alone toy, you'll be happier with it. The only real complaint about it is that the delivery times are deceiving. The stated delivery time did not include the 4 days that it took for the warehouse to put it in the mail!

I have six nieces and nephews of varying ages (8 to 18) and ever since they were around 6, I have been giving them money for Christmas. Each year, I search for a different way to present the money that is challenging and fun. This year, I gave them money in the Blitz Pinball and they had a contest to see who could get the money out first! Sad to say, the only one who got it out without cheating was the 8 year old but they had fun trying!
