Super convenient to use and it works as advertised. It is handy for duplicating a CD without the hassel of a computer. In fact, you could copy a few CDs before Windows could start-up.

I am using this to make copies of my karaoke CD+Gs so as to not scratch my originals during use, and it works great. I had to set the option in the unit for CD+G. It comes with this feature disabled.
The picture above is a bit dated. The duplicator I received has blue up and down buttons instead of white, and the TEAC logo is smaller. I must have received the newest design.

This thing works great! I received it and then copied over 200 CD-G's. I ended up with three bad disks...which could have been caused by user error (my husband) poking buttons! I'm totally happy with with the stand alone disk copier. My only problem was that it didn't come with a manual in the box. I finally contacted customer support and they sent me a PDF'd copy via email. The CD-G option is turned off when you receive the copier. So, without the manual, I was lost until I received the manual to start my disk copies. If you're in the same boat, just go to "Setup" (Option 9) and hold the "Esc" button for three seconds. Then you can toggle down to the CD-G option and turn it on.

We interpreted the product as a dvd not Cd copier. Whether our mistake or the advertisement, who knows, but the response from the company when asked to return for exchange was deplorable. They do not work with you as a customer, and will not provide credit or exchange for a legitimate purpose. They treated us like a bad customer that is trying to take advantage of them, and we never even opend the box. The label outside told us we had the wrong product, so we just wanted to return ship and exchange. No customer service, no effort to resolve. Stay away from them unless you are sure you get what you want. However, if what you get does not work, you are going to get the shaft too. no return policy stinks. go to wal-mart
