First, let me say that these stands do exactly what they are supposed to do, which is support my home theater speakers at the right height. Overall they are well made, though the rounded edges on the triangular bases are crude, looking like some guy rounded them on a shop grinder. What really surprised me was the horrible packaging. When they arrived, the edges of both bases were punching through the side of the box by about 2 inches. Why? because the box is narrower than the base itself. So there's no way this couldn't happen given the packaging they used.I wonder how many of these have been returned for shipping damage. Other than the above 2 nits, these are solid, look good, and are a great value.
