If you are looking for light torque use, that is cheap, these extensions will do the job.
Tekton did a good job of addressing this market segment of people that are looking for cheap extension bars for light use. For that I give this tool 3 stars.
However, if you apply too much force, these will bend and break.
If you are looking for something heavy duty, I would look somewhere else.

 

They were delivered quickly and work good for light duty. However, if you need to loosen something with more torque I would choose something different. They broke on me when loosening higher torque nuts.

The 3" extension broke the first time I used it. I've never experienced anything like this with other Tekton products I've purchased. I felt pretty foolish after I broke it and then realized that this same thing happened to other people. I'll be sure to read the reviews next time.

 

Bought this set for the 6" or 8" extension bar, connect with another brand's 6" extension bar to open the transmission fluid refill bolt, felt something was gradually twisted, stopped and inspected, found the 6" bar's male side head was twisted, while the other brand was still good. Yes, the bolt was too tight, but obviously this item is using a 'softer' metal than the other brand.

Another finding is, inside the socket female side, four side walls are flat, no dents to hold the pop-up ball from another socket's male side, it's easy to fall off.

Add a 2nd star because Amazon.com offers refund without requiring ship back this item, will throw away the broken 6" bar and keep the 3" and 8" bars for light duty use only.

For warranty purpose, TEKTON Tools sent a replacement set, plus the longer TEKTON 1610 3/8-Inch Drive Extra Long Extension Bar Set, 3-Piece, all free of charge.

It makes sense to use a single longer extension bar to access the transmission fluid refill bolt, also the longer set has notches inside the female side to hold socket's male side.

 

Haven't used these as yet. They are well made and sem to be heavy duty.Well worth the costs. Something I will never break.

These drive extensions twisted and broke on the very first use with a standard socket wrench. Don't waste your money on this junk.

I ordered this primarily because I needed to replace a 3" extension that I had lost. This 'trio' provided me with more options at an incredibly good price. The package arrived in a timely manner (Auto 123 seller) and the product looks great. I have not had the opportunity to use much as yet but so far I am very pleased. I checked all three for fit with my 3/8" wratchet and sockets--excellent. Milling on the extensions appears to be very good. Time will tell how well they hold up under use but the price makes this a safe purchase even if the lifetime ends up being less than some more expensive options.

These are not items that I use everyday as a pro, but for a shade tree mechanic like me, they work well and are much cheaper than name brand tools. I usually buy Craftsman or equivalent but for this application I found no downside to going with a cheaper tool.

I bought this extension set just for the 3" extension I used it once with my breaker bar and the extension broke in half. Complete trash don't buy it.
