I was ready to give up and ask for a refund when I didn't get a reply from the vendor after 3 weeks of wondering when it would be shipped. I had some serious pain in my elbow at the time and needed a unit like this.

That being said, I did eventually get it like 3-4 weeks after I ordered it.
That was stinky.

There is one downside to this product, imo. You really do need a 2nd person to get it on properly. you need to have your arm extended and relaxed like say on a table while someone else tightens it up. Otherwise you just can't quite seem to get the proper tension without messing with it a lot. If your elbow is in pain....this can be a uncomfortable process by yourself.

Now that being said, it's still the best one I could find for the $ without wasting money and going to the doctor. It applied pressure exactly how I needed it to which you can't quite get with the ones with just elastic. It also kept me from bending or tweaking my elbow in my sleep which previously would wake me up with a pretty rough jolt.

Imo, it's a bit over priced for what you get which is why with the extremely slow delivery service I give it 4 stars.

I've been able to retire mine to a drawer in the meantime, but I'm glad I'll have it at the ready the next time I injure or tweak my elbow which generally happens about once a year during the spring or summer months.
