This is Heavylabor; one of six third party "Constructicons" that form the TFC Toys combiner, HERCULES. This figure is not affiliated with Takara or Hasbro, and is not called a "Transformer", but it should be.

From the looks of this figure, it seems as though the big, bad Devastator, has finally met his match in the toy department. Even the later incarnations of Devastator were not this impressive. Granted, Hercules is not near the mass of the Devastator set from Revenge of the Fallen, nor does it have electronics, but unlike ROTF Devastator, each figure can transform from vehicle, to robot, to combiner, with a wide range of articulation in robot and combiner modes; Allowing for a myriad of action poses.

In robot mode, the height of Heavylabor, by himself, is roughly 2 inches shorter than Hasbro's G1 Devastator. So you can imagine what all six combined will look like.

In combiner mode, Heavylabor, like his G1 Transformers equivalent "Long Haul", is the lower torso of the combiner Hercules but, unlike G1 Devastator, Hercules does not require extra parts to hold the legs and the torso together.

Even though I'm VERY impressed with this figure, the cost is QUITE expensive for a plastic "Transformer". The plastic is the same, softer style used for the Hasbro Transformers. And for this amount of money, I would have wanted, at least, some cast metal parts, such as calves of the legs, or the dump bed, or the main torso piece. I suppose having grown up with Diaclones has spoiled me. :)
