Product Description

Body Composition Scale—Measures Weight, Body Fat, Body Water, Muscle and Bone Mass
Body weight only presents part of your overall fitness state. In addition to weight, this scale measures Body Fat, Body Water, Bone Mass, and Muscle Mass giving you a clearer picture of your health condition.

Industry Standard BIA Technology at a Great Price
This scale employs the same BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) technology found in other (more expensive) scales in the market.  BIA is the process of using a very light electrical impulse to measure the amount of Body Water and Body Fat in your body.  This advanced integrated circuitry goes one step further to deliver Bone Mass and Muscle Mass readings.

Choose from Five Athletic Modes for Better Measurements
To maximize the accuracy of the Body Composition Analysis, users can select from among five Athletic Modes.  Each mode corresponds to an individual’s activity level. (“Low Mobility Lifestyle”, “Normal, Active Daily Movement “, “Little Athletic Activity”, “A Lot Of Athletic Activity”, “Professional Athlete”)

440 lb. Maximum Capacity—Contemporary Style
Strong tempered glass platform combined with a powerful base allow this scale to weigh up to 440lb. (200kg).  Simple styling that will enhance any bathroom’s décor and charm both family and guests alike for years to come.

Save Time—Store up to 12 Individual Users
No need to enter your custom data each time you weigh.  Just program the scale once and recall at the touch of a button. Enter customized data for up to 12 different users.

It works very well, extremely consistent, and quite accurate.

I didn't return it as it was too much trouble so all I can say is.....if I get to my targeted weight on this scale NO ONE will be able to say I'm not thin!

We have side bets on who, after a bit of time, will reduce their body fat.

If you are particularly muscular, this scale doesn't seem to be very accurate for calculating muscle and BF percentage.

Even when set in athlete mode, it still appears to modestly overestimate BF and seriously underestimate muscle mass...I lift weights frequently, can deadlift 600lbs and compete as a strongman and it told me that my muscle mass percentage was unhealthy low...

Otherwise, it is quite nice and for my wife, who is probably closer to "normal" it seems to give accurate readings.

When I first took this out of the box, I was pretty excited. It looked beautiful, and fit in with my bathroom decor very well (I'm sure it would fit in just about anywhere). While I was setting it up according to the manual, I was wondering to myself, how will this know who P1 vs. P2 vs all the other users would be, if it records data for so many people? How do I access that data? Still haven't figured that out, but it probably should have been a red flag.

So, I finished setting it up, weighed myself, and was delighted to see my weight and then, a few seconds later, my BFP and hydration appear as well. Great! However, that was the first and last positive interaction I had with it.

After that first day, it doesn't turn on automatically when I step on it. Instead, I have to lean down and press the button. Fine. However, it also has stopped measuring everything but my weight (and even that isn't completely accurate, I suspect). It isn't recording my previous weights that I can see, and I have yet to figure out how to access them. The manual is completely useless, unfortunately. I had hoped that it included some instructions for trouble shooting or resetting the scale, but NOPE. I've replaced the batteries, taken them in and out, reprogrammed it (several times) and searched on the physical device for some kind of recessed reset button: all to no avail.

This product pretty much fails on every level. I'd return it, but I don't know if I'm willing to go through yet another hassle with this machine. I can't express how negatively I feel about this product, but for anyone contemplating buying this, DON'T DO IT. Spend the extra money and get something decent. If you're looking for a good product, I'll be honest and tell you that this isn't it. :(

Scale works very well. Does everything as stated in the description. I particularly like that the information stays on the readout after you step off the scale and the in a short while it shuts down. When you get back on the scale and access your profile, your last reading is there. Also, I like they way it looks.

I purchased this scale because it was cheap and claimed it could do all the useful measurements as the larger name brand scales. However, this was not the case. When I received my scale it was cracked on the back and the battery hatch did not line up properly; requiring a little force to actually close correctly. The "tap to turn on" feature did not work and you had to use the buttons and wait for that function to time out before you can use it. the plastic case was also very flimsy (It is NOT metal around the display) and it was very thin leading to cracks. The metal strips you stand on are also too close to the edge making it awkward to stand on.

However, the results it had each time were consistent and it generally did what it said it would. If you can live with the other annoyances, then buy this scale. Personally, I returned this defective scale and purchased a better one for about $10 more.

This product is definitely not geared towards powerlifters/strongmen, but it still functions well. For me, I just have to take the calculations an extra step. It usually reads that I have low muscle mass, but I can calculate total pounds of muscle from the percentage. If I then do my own muscle mass percentage based on if I had a leaner build (i.e. lower bodyweight/bodyfat%), then my muscle percentage is higher than the norm.

I received it with chipped glass. This product is cheaply made. The buttons do not work properly. Does not accurately measure. Must be on a solid, hard surface to measure.

There was obviously something wrong with this scale as it did not come on unless you reached down and wiggled it, and then it would shut off before you could get on it to weigh yourself. I did not ask for a replacement because in the seconds that the display would come on I realized I need a display that was easier for people with poor eyesight as myself. I opted for the one with the big bright blue display that can be seen in the dark instead and am very happy with it.

I ordered a new scale last month. It was supposed to cut my time down weighing myself in the morning, and make me less ridiculous about water weight fluctuations. It was supposed to replace my current old, trusty scale, the one I have to step on and off of at least five times per morning, recalibrating to zero with every hop off. The new one was supposed to measure my muscle mass, bone density, and hydration level. Not only was it different every time I hopped on (I was anywhere from 110 to 55 pounds in the same minute with drastically different numbers from every other factor), it gave me more information to critique myself, hate myself, and obsess over than my brain could handle without making spreadsheet. After it flipped onto my toe, bruising it and drawing some blood, I made the uncharacteristically rational decision to return the useless thing. I truly don't think it is capable of doing what it says. It makes the guesses on calculations based on your weight (which it never got right), self-reported age, self-reported gender, and self-reported physical acumen.
