This is a fun desk top toy / kids' toy. I bought it for my 6-year-old son who enjoys it greatly. Construction is solid and it fascinates both him and grown ups. Only downside is that the liquids flow fast and all the fun is over in less than a minute, whereupon the toy needs to be turned over again.
I bought a couple of other similar toys at the same time whose rounds last rather longer. As a result, my boy prefers them.
All told though, this is pretty and fun.

I bought this from a friend's wish list for her autistic child. I was taken aback at how small it was. For the price, I expected it to be more substantial. These toys are fun, but I have seen them before at discount stores for half the price.

My son is ADHD and I got this for him as a way to wind down when he comes home from school. It's turned out to be relaxing for the whole family - for those of us who need a time out every once in awhile!
