gloves give minimal warmth on High (most) setting
after one use, one glove failed to work

These didn't work! Either the first pair or the second replacement pair. Good customer service - very responsive. But that can't help a poorly made product. Made in China! Naturally! Don't know if it was the batteries, the charger, or the printed circuit throughout the gloves. Worked O.K. indoors, but didn't work outside. Do I have somethings backwards? Gloves inside? Maybe for some. I pay my bills.

These gloves don't get as hot as I thought they were supposed to. 110 on high setting feels barely warmer than my normal hand temperature and the heat isnt concentrated enough on my finger tips.

I recieved the gloves and have used the fishing and to ride my motorcycle and am very dissappointed in the gloves. I have found better gloves that are warmer without heaters for far less in price than this junk.

Apparently the bad reviews are from Generation 1 Thermologic gloves. Thermologic now has Generation 2 gloves which are much better and do not have the problems Gen 1 had. The picture apparently is of Gen 1 gloves so be sure you are receiving Gen 2 gloves before you purchase. You can go to the Thermologic website to see the newer gloves. [...]

I purchased these for my two grown sons who are avid outdoorsmen. They say the battery only lasts a few hours and the connection system is awkward for using your hands. They would be fine at a football game where you are an observer for a limited amount of time but ineffective for serious outdoor activities.

I have not tried high heat yet. The gloves are very warm on medium heat. I am looking at the vest, because the gloves heat up so well. I did notice that thermologic makes a heated glitton for ice fishermen and persons that ski. I have not used the gloves on a windy day but I do know that this is a breathable glove. Infiltration may get through under windy conditions because it is a medium whieght glove. NOTE; THESE GLOVES WARM THE KNUCKLES AND 4 FINGERS AND DO NOT HAVE A WARM COIL IN THE THUMBS. The heated glittons have heating coils in the thumbs at a additional cost of course. I am very happy with these gloves.

These gloves worked perfectly this winter. My husbands hands always turn white with the cold due to past frost bite injuries. This was the first year he didn't have to fight the pain from the cold. The gloves are made well and keep the hands nice and warm. There are different temperature levels to fit the appropriate needs of the weather.

I like the product. It isn't as warm as I thought but it is comfortable, temp and fit. I did have a problem with the a battery and sent the company an email. They sent me a replacement with out question! Then one of my gloves started acting up. They are replacing the defective product. I find that very enlighting. A good company to do business with.

These glove are superb! Super wamy - good fit - meduim for avg woman's hand.
