I originally purchased my first can of Thick-ut at a drug store. The price was much too high. Surfing to your website I found exactly what I wanted. a reasonable price, the packaged amounts were good, the service was fast.I had tried gels but they were disaster. The powder is easy to use, disolves well and not as messy.

Two doctors and a speech therapist recommended Thick-it for my elderly mother who has swallowing problems. It thickens the liquids to a point that she can safely drink them, or more accurately eat them with a spoon. It helps to keep her from aspirating liquids into her lungs. This helps to prevent aspirational pneumonia. I am very pleased with the product although I wish she could drink liquids safely without it.
