This Is Darin, the 1960 follow-up to the "Mack the Knife"/"Beyond the Sea" vehicle
That's All, finds those hit songs' young, exciting Darin already slipping into nightclub jive. "Clementine" is some awful marriage of the old ballad and the Flamingo Hotel, while "Guys and Dolls" loses its sardonicism to the newly minted superstar's straight-faced reading. However, those interested in a flashy time capsule with an admittedly great cover photo might dig this.
