Threelac has dramatically improved my wellbeing. I temporarily suffered the mild symptoms of detox just after starting this, but it's good knowing that it's working. A remarkable product. I've been using it for 5 months and am hoping to wean myself off it and finish this candida diet.

Update 12/16/2010:
After taking Threelac for nearly two years off and on (and rotating it with antifungals), I opted for SF-722 instead, in hopes of being able to resume a normal diet. The sf-722 is allowing me to get the closest I've ever been to eating normally (just reintroduced fruits without a problem). I fondly remember the soothing feeling that threelac gave me, given my history of heartburn, and I suspect it even kept my h pylori at bay. It SIGNIFICANTLY lowered the candida population in my gut. However, I was not successful at totally eradicating candida with it, and so used SF-722 to finish off the job. Both great products.

We are currently using Thhree-Lac Probiotics and find it to be a very helpful product. When someone gets an upset stomach we take one packet in 3 to 4 ounces of water and drink it and the product helps get the problem solved. Our food system has a lot of chemicals in it and this helps to overcome some of that.

Although I was somewhat skeptical about the viability of the ThreeLac, a friend of mine told me he had used it for his daughter, and was sold on it. Further research about the company who makes it gave me a solid enough comfort level to at least give it a try. Although I didn't notice any instant miracle energy or healing, but by the end of the month, I must admit I did feel better than when I started.

ThreeLac is manufactured in Japan. The product label states only that it is a nutritional food supplement for the maintenance of daily health and digestion. It is sold in the United States only through distributorships. I believe the hype surrounding ThreeLac as a cure for Candida overgrowth is a direct result of clever multi-level marketing using personal testimonies.

Yes, Candida overgrowth is very real and very widespread. And yes, probiotics are very useful for helping to bring your digestive system into proper balance, but please do not expect a miracle from this product.
