5.0 out of 5 stars Great for parties.
I bought quite a few of these for my engangement party. Everyone loved them and they made great keepsakes for the wedding party. Many still use them now.

The 3 tier porcelain servers looked great. Putting them together was easy and quick. I ordered 6 of these last week and they arrived today. They are perfect for my needs and look really great, not inexpensive, eventhough they WERE inexpensive!
The boxes they arrived in will be perfect to store them in after I've used them and they won't take up much room once they are easily disassembled.

Nice Customer Service people as well (Thanks Laurie!)

Now I just need to know if they are dishwasher safe =)

The 3 tier porcelain servers looked great. Putting them together was easy and quick. When I transported them across town wrapped in bubblewrap, the metal that supported the plates was bent over as if it wasn't strong enough to support the plate. I found that the metal was very flimsy and cheap. I was worried that the food I had planned to put on the plates would cause the tier to collapse. Luckily they held up for the event I had planned, but they looked a bit off kilter. I will never truely trust that they won't fall over.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not Sturdy at All!, April 2, 2011

I purchased this Server after reading the wonderful Five Star Reviews. Unfortunately, the Server I received is useless. I put it together per instructions, but the plates were lopsided and wobbled. Even after I tightened it up. Well, thinking maybe I did something wrong, I gave it to my husband. He took it apart and put it back together for me. As a last resort, I gave it to my father to try. He also took it apart and reassembled it. Same results. It does not get tight enough to prevent the plates from wobbling and leaning toward one side. And I'm not talking a little wobble.
Now, it's in the trash. I was not going to pay shipping back to the seller.
It's a pity, because the Server is very pretty. It would have looked beautiful on my dining room table. :(

1.0 out of 5 stars Poor Quality, June 18, 2011

I ordered this with the intention of giving it away as a gift. When I received it, I put it together to make sure everything was correct and all the pieces were there. It's a good thing I did because I realized as I was putting it together that the silver screw pieces that connect the plates were bent so the plates sat lop-sided and uneven. Also, the screws wouldn't fit snug enough in the plates so if I bumped a plate the whole thing would fall apart. I immediately returned it since I wouldn't even keep something like that for myself; let alone give as a gift. If the product was made of better quality I'm sure it would be great. Other people seemed to not have this issue so maybe I got a rare fluke?

1.0 out of 5 stars Very disappointing and self explanatory once together, May 24, 2011

Once this 3 tier server was put together it began to explain why everything was shipped so cheaply and broken during transit - this piece does not fit together tightly - cannot be tightened and will not support the weight of the plates much less any foods being placed on them - this is the absolute worst item I have ever purchased on line - it is a total waste of time, money, energy and effort - it should not be sold on Amazon they have a better reputation then this type of junk - I doubt seriously it would "pass the test" for a give away - This item is just a look pretty in the picture but what you see IS NOT what I got -

1.0 out of 5 stars Purchase at your own risk..., August 19, 2011
This review is from: 3 TIER PORCELAIN PLATES CENTERPIECE - Dinnerware
At a recent charity event we used 50 of these for dessert centerpieces. They are so poorly made that at best they are disposable and at worst they're dangerous. They bend and fall apart easily; a wire coat hanger is sturdier. It's obvious that the manufacturer made these as cheaply as possible to keep the price down but they're not worth buying at all.

I just received this today and it came broken into pieces. I am unable to rate it any more than this, since I did not get to see the product, unbroken. I am very upset because this was suppose to be at our wedding reception. It was very poorly packaged and most likely got broken during shipment since it was not packaged well at all.

2.0 out of 5 stars Very Poor Packaging, June 8, 2011

I purchased 2 of these. One arrived broken due to very poor packaging. The box containing the server is very thin and the porcelain plates are separated by a flimsy piece of cardboard. There was very little protection between the box containing the server and the larger Amazon box. I sent back the broken server and reordered another. Again one of the plates was broken when the package arrived.

The server itself is ok, but a little flimsy. Not meant for heavy duty use by any means, but I wanted these for a tea party. Not worth the aggravation!
