Excellent product. Provides great relief from the pain of arthritis without having to use medical remedies. does NOT burn you out, but provides subtle relief. I have used Tiger Balm for years, since I first found out about it during a trip to Hong Kong for R&R. This is even better than the original. When I first received it there was only 1 tube, not 2. Contacted customer service and it was fixed rapidly.

This lotion is hot and smelly but boy does it work. I'm not sure why they call it a neck and shoulder rub because it works great on your legs too. Just use a little bit and the burning sensation kicks in immediately but you'll need to reapply in a couple of hours. It has the consistency of a typical lotion and rubs in easily with no greasy residue. I only use it when I'm at home or I'm going to be outside because it's too potent to wear at work. If you need something similar for public situations you might consider Biofreeze.

This product is amazing. I am constantly studying so my neck and shoulders hurt from all the reading and writing,I always put a little on before and after and I feel better than ever.

My daughter really hurt my neck by hugging me as hard as she could around my neck. It took me a few weeks to get back to normal and I used this to cut down the pain while at work instead of taking pills. It did not totally remove the pain, but it cut it down quite a bit.

I deal with pain in my feet and hands from meds I take for cancer treatment.There is nothing I have found to help until now. You name it I've tried it. This doesn't take away all the pain but really helps alot. I will continue to buy this product

I have been having some shoulder and neck discomfort that comes along with age (I turned 50 last year) and have tried the icy hot, ben gay etc that work okay but wanted something better. I tried the regular tiger balm and that worked great, but it is greasy and has a very strong odor. This stuff seems to work really well and isn't greasy. It does have an odor, but it's not that strong and smells pretty good.

Really loved it. I would buy it again since it was cheaper than the drug store. My husband really loves this.

I always feel painful on my neck and shoulder if I sit in front of the table for long time. It is so helpful. If I use it, it could help me to feel better ASAP.

I ordered this hoping this would be a natural alternative to cure my frequent neck pains. This cream is loaded with parabens and other chemicals that are proven dangerous and carcinogenic.

Tiger Balm has been a well-known and commom brand of muscle relives in Asia for many years. I was really suprised when I first seeing them on Amazon, because I've never thought about it will be brought to the states.
Instead, I found all kinds of Tiger Balm products on Amazon. I find some kinds which are what I can see in Asia, and also this one which I think it is new in Tiger Balm family. I was a little hesitated wheather I should get at first. I thought this might be a new prodcut, so I decided to give it a try. It turns out well. I love it. Compare with original Tiger Balm it is slightly less effective, but it is still pretty good. I love the smells of herbs, especially the lavander. If you like original Tiger Balm, give this a try you might like it.
