Wonderful Rice Cooker,
This review is from: TIGER JAG-S18UR JAGS18U RICE COOKER 10CUP FUZZY
I have had mine for almost 2 years, and I feel it's the best rice cooker I ever purchased. There are settings for white rice, brown rice, sweet rice, porridge and quick white rice if you're in a hurry. For the white and brown rice, you can also set a timer for when you want the rice finished. The Tiger has worked well for everything from short grained Calrose (white and brown) to long grained Basmati (white and brown). Also sweet rice (on it's own setting), red and wild rice, nude barley, rye and other whole grains (use the brown rice setting) have all turned out well. For wild rice, fill the water to about 1/16" or 1.5 MM over the line.

We received this rice cooker as a gift and I absolutelly love it. I prefer brown rice and it cooks perfectly with no splattering, all over the counter, like my old rice cooker. It has options to start your rice automatically and to keep it warm, which I haven't used yet, but I will.It has a large enough capacity to cook for a crowd but the rice cooks just as light and tender when I only make 2 cups. And clean-up is a breeze. Just a quick wipe with soapy water and it's clean. I have had no sticking at all. I never realized a rice cooker could be so wonderful !

Good but Slow,

This product is very good in terms of cooking the rice. However, it takes about an hour to just cook plain white rice. I don't think it's worth the money.
