Overall the product works really well. Oppossed to buying elsewhere it is fairly cheap up here. Although I did receive the incorrect product. They were very courtesy and issued my money back as well as a credit if I reorder it.

Gentle cleansing shampoo January 3, 2012

You just have to love everything about this shampoo. It does not have the chemical smell of a lot of other products, instead it has a light organic sweet fragrance. Not only does it do a good job of stripping product from your hair, but it leaves it hydrated and shiny as well.

I bought this because i learned from my hairdresser that too much protein is drying to the hair, this one doesn't have protein so I rotate between this and a protein one. So disappointed i heard they discontinued it!
