keep your hands clean: apply to damp heair in circular motion for a mussed but funky look (at least i like to think so). you could sculpt it too afterwards and it washes clean relatively easily w/soap (hands) or shampoo (hair). only a few (literaly 3) companies make this sort of stuff: a push-up stick of wax for your hair. it has some kind of fragrence, maybe wax & a hint of lavender but nothing out of control.

Although there are quite favorable reviews on this product ( unfortunately, I counted on them too much when I decided to buy this item)I am truly disappointed after using it- my hair gets oily instantly. the cleansing process is not a quick one. So, better test it from a friend before buying it- it may not be suitable for you.

I swear by this product. First of all it comes in a convenient stick applicator so no need to get your hands gooey with thick pomades. Second it has a great hold that still manages to keep your hair pliable so no more of the flaky stiff hair you get from gel. It doesn't have a great smell, it's a stick of styling wax but its styling capabilites more than make up for that.

TIGI Bed Head hair stick is a great device for those who want the bed head look, but aren't experienced at achieving it with other methods. The stick does a fantastic job at pushing hair around and applying the product. Also, one container lasts a *long* time. However, it does smell like wax.

Note: If you apply too much, you're hair will be very greasy and this stuff is difficult to remove without using Coal Tar based shampoos. Apply sparingly.

Once you become a master at this product, you should really consider moving to more advanced products that have a better smell and texture. I suggest American Crew Fiber or TIGI Manipulator (smells like coconuts).

I love this product and wish it was sold in stores in my location. I'm confined to ordering it online but it is so worth it. It makes my hair lay down without all the goop and I don't have to wash it out the same day. For me it is a must have.

My hairstylist used this product on my hair the last time I had it cut and I loved it. She told me what it was and I looked ip up..low and behold I found it on Amazon. I have a short spikey cut and it works perfectly and doesnt make my hair greasy or heavy, it makes it look wild just like I like it!!

I can safely say I tried every wax on the market, everytime i walk into a barbershop I walk out with whatever hair wax product they have, no product I ever tried compares to this one.

I love this hair wax, i've been using it for over 5 years, its the best hair styling product you'll ever buy, just apply on your hair use your hands to style your hair and your done, its perfect.

Piece of advice don't waste your time or money trying anything else.

If you like a spiked, messy looking hairstyle, this is the right product. Goes on easily water resistant but comes out very easily with shampoo. Don't have to use much either. It will easily last a month when used once a day.

My first attempt to use this was a disaster. I applied it by rubbing the stick all over in a swirling pattern ... the result was a very heavily waxed mess which took 3 washings to totally remove. The problem for me is that it is too hard to control how much is being applied. I typically use their Matte Separation Wax and take two fingertips worth, spread between my palms, then apply to my hair. Perfect amount every time. I have had good success using this on just the front part of my hair or by rubbing some on my palms and using like I do the product (but this defeats the purpose of the stick).

At the end of the day it comes down to what works best for your hair. For me this is not the product but for you it may be (especially if you want serious holding power).
