Rarely these days, do you ever find someone who is willing to help you through a situation. I will definitely be a returning customer. :)

Time Warner remote
Nice looking replacement. Only problem is that it does not work and I have been unable to program it. Time Warner finally sent me a new remote for free that set up in 5 minutes. I believe this unit was defective.
