5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent dummy, especially for the price!
All around great dummy... Seems to be built solid and durable, probably as close as you can get to a perfect throw/ground and pound/grappling dummy on the market (because it mixes all these things). The price for this is great as well, would recommend to anyone wanting to improve their ground game.

1.0 out of 5 stars Warning-stuffed with garbage
I ordered the ninety pound dummy. It turned out to be too heavy for me to practice Judo throws with. I decided to lighten the dummy up by taking out some of the stuffings. I was horrified to find that it is stuffed with garbage, smelly shreds of clothes, candy wrappers, invoices, pieces of plastic hanger, and rotten orange peels. The sandbags that give the dummy most of its weight are simply clothe bags filled with sand, tied shut with a piece of string. (Not real secure for something that is meant to be picked up and thrown to the ground.) Learn from my mistake-don't order this!

2.0 out of 5 stars Don't like it, January 25, 2011
A Kid's Review
This dummy is okay for ground and pound, but not submissions. Some of the body proportions are way off (27" neck, 21" lower leg). It is nearly impossible to grapevine the legs because they are very fat and the knees don't bend. The stiff legs also rule out positions like the truck and the spiderweb. You can't pratice the arm triangle, gator roll or darce because of how the arms and shoulders are located with respect to the head and neck. I was very disappointed.
