I purchased this for our European trip before did my research being under the impression that I need a converter. However, don't need a converter for most of electronics when travel overseas (e.g. laptop, camera charger, electric shaver, etc) All you need is an adapter. This converter is pretty heavy, approximately 1lbs and take a lot of room. I am not saying this is a bad product, but an unnecessary product if you are planning to use electronics with a converter incorporated. If that is the case buy just a lightweight adapter. Before you buy this, check carefully to make sure if you need a converter or an adapter.

When it first came out from the package, I was a little worried. It didn't look like a quality converter. But when I brought it along when traveling overseas, it worked fine all the way.

Nice set of adapter plugs, but the transformer is a piece of crap. Blew out at 2 in the morning taking the breaker with it in a whiff of ozone. Thought it had taken out my cpap too. Woke the landlord and got everything reset. Pretty exciting way to spend your first night in London. Found out the CPAP is auto switching and didn't need the transformer anyway. Caveat emptor.
