These were so weak my girlfriend did a set and said she didnt even feel it. I ordered these and this MMA joke of a place sent the wrong pair that looked totally different than what is advertised in this pic but yet they were another EXTREME pair. BOTH are weak! They shipped these to me in a plastic bag and thats it - it took a while to ship too. I did a set of 40 reps within about 10 seconds - there is almost NO resistance and im only 5'9" and 145#s. If you want your product to be weak, shipped really slow and packaged horribly and THEN get the WRONG product by all means feel free to do business with this place.

I got these by mistake after ordering a similar pair from this One Stop MMA joke of a place. These were so easy i did a set of 40 reps in about 10 seconds and felt nothing. Im no body builder either - 5'9" and 145#s. My girlfriend even thought they were easy. So much for "extreme"!! They also seemed cheaply made. I wouldnt order anything from this "MMA" shop. If you do, shipping will take forever, theyll send you your product in nothing more than a plastic bag and more than likely youll get the wrong item.

I through away my old hard-plastic grippers and bought these. These are great, do not cause rubbing on the palms. I keep them in the car and each red-light do a set, helps with wrist strength for typing all day at work.
